Refund & Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Whether you need to cancel an order, return a Men’s watch, or make an exchange, WatchesGalaxy is here to make it hassle-free and transparent.

A. Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to make any changes or request a cancellation. Simply email us at contact@watchesgalaxy.com with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist.

After 24 hours, orders typically move into processing or production and cannot be modified or canceled. Please act quickly if you need to make any adjustments.

B. Returning a Product

If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized watches
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

How to initiate a return:

  1. Email contact@watchesgalaxy.com with your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for our approval and return authorization. We’ll send you a return shipping label.
  3. Securely package and return the product.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

C. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If accepted, refunds are issued within 2 business days. Funds will be credited to the original payment method and should appear within 5 business days.

D. Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem!

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@watchesgalaxy.com
  2. Once we receive the original item, place a new order for the item you want

E. Return Shipping Fees

If we made a mistake — wrong item or defective product — we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free exchange. If you simply changed your mind, we still cover return shipping to keep things easy for you.

F. Restocking Fee

We never charge restocking fees. We believe in transparency and fair policies — no hidden costs.

G. Damaged or Defective Watches

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, notify us right away. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund at no extra charge.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can resolve them swiftly.
