1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it ships.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • USA: Flat-rate shipping of $6.96 per order. Orders typically arrive 3–5 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email within 24 hours.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Address Changes

If you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at contact@watchesgalaxy.com. We can only update addresses before the order ships.
